LPDDR5X · low-power double data rate 5X (SDRAM)
Low-power DRAM. In coherent CPU-GPU superchips it is the CPU's memory, soldered on Grace and on replaceable SOCAMM modules on Vera; some inference cards use it as cheap high-capacity memory. It trades bandwidth for capacity and efficiency against HBM.
