72.5% of a 50 MW contractderived

Value kindderived — Derived values are guide calculations; their result is only as fixed as the stated inputs, scope, and method.
ScopeAEP Ohio Schedule DCT, 50 MW post-ramp contract example: 15 MW + 85% × (50 − 25) = 36.25 MW, or 72.5% of contract capacity, before the prior-billing-demand test. With an assumed prior established billing-demand peak of 48 MW, the 85% test is 40.8 MW and dominates that tier floor. Current demand and all applicable tariff components still govern an actual bill.
CaveatPost-ramp tiered minimum only, before the historical-demand test (85% of the previous eleven months' highest billing demand). During the ramp the floor is 85% of the agreed Load Ramp Contract Capacity; the ramp is at most four years and the minimum initial term is the ramp plus eight years. One utility's tariff, not a statewide Ohio rule. Affiliated New Load is aggregated; riders and the exit-fee path also change the effective floor.
