| Scope | FERC's 18 June 2026 order on PJM co-located load (EL25-49-002 and ER26-1479; 195 FERC ¶ 61,209). It kept the interim non-firm, firm contract-demand and non-firm contract-demand services, requires non-firm service on every day capacity allows, and directs PJM to file tariff language ending a customer's service after a second failure to follow a curtailment or load-shed directive. A FERC notice of 14 August 2026 extended the remaining compliance deadlines for PJM and its transmission owners to 16 November 2026. Current rights come from the effective PJM tariff and an executed service agreement. |
