| Scope | Individual-facility submissions are accessible to the relevant Member State and Commission and kept confidential in the EU database; authorized database publication is aggregated at Member-State and Union level. Pending: a delegated regulation adopted on 21 September 2026 (C(2026) 3472) would amend 2024/1364. As of 2026-10-16 it is in Parliament and Council scrutiny and not yet in the Official Journal. It adds nuclear-attribute data points and a Low-Emission Energy Factor (LEEF), grades WUE on freshwater input, and has the database issue each reporting site a public annual A-G PUE and WUE label from 15 August 2027. The label's contents would be exempt from confidentiality; the rest of the facility record stays confidential. |
